EHL’s flagship mentorship program is built on meaningful connections, pairing early- to mid-career professionals with experienced mentors who provide guidance and support throughout their leadership journey. Through structured learning, community building, and one-on-one mentorship, the program helps emerging leaders build confidence, expand their networks, and develop the skills needed to drive positive change in Edmonton’s health system and beyond.
Program Overview
The mentorship program includes two tailored tracks designed to meet the distinct needs of our mentees:
Early Career Track
This group is designed for individuals who are new to the workforce or have 1-3 years of experience. It emphasizes developing essential skills, early career obstacles, and establishing long-term professional objectives.
Mid-Career Track
This program is tailored for established professionals aiming for leadership positions, making career transitions, enhancing specific skills. It's perfect for those looking to advance their careers and focus on targeted professional growth.
